I do. Because at 55, after 30 years of marriage, I found myself completely lost. My relationship had ended, I'd left my entire community behind, and I was starting over — alone — in a country that didn't yet feel like home.
Soul Light Circle is the community I wished I'd had back then. A warm, welcoming circle of women who are done shrinking, done struggling alone — and ready to discover that the most important love of all is the love of self.

Hi there!
I'm Jackie Cave, a Hypnotherapist, Holistic Trainer & Yoga Teacher with over 30 years of experience blending clinical expertise with spiritual wisdom.
I've walked through my own valley of loss, reinvention and rediscovery. And I created Soul Light Circle because I know what it feels like to need a safe, warm, affordable space to heal, grow and simply be seen.
This community is my heart's work. 💙
